Abstract
The synergism of 3, 4, 9, 10-perylenebisdicarboximides has been studie d by Dember photovoltages, the 3, 4, 9, 10-perylenebisdicarboximides b eing adsorbed on the surface of a p-type silicon semiconductor. It was found that there exists a capability of hole trapping, regardless as to whether there is excitation by light or not.
