Abstract
The case of a 42 year old woman who died as a result of gastric, hepat ic and small bowel infarction due to severe atheromatous disease of th e abdominal aorta, coeliac axis, and superior and inferior mesenteric arteries, secondary to radiotherapy 29 years earlier, is presented and discussed.
