Abstract
Tracheopathia osteoplastica is a benign dysplasia of the tracheobronch ial tree which rarely presents clinical problems especially when local ized. We present a case which caused an unexpected difficulty in intub ation and was subsequently removed endoscopically using the CO2 laser.
