Abstract
The technique for using the temporoparietal fascial flap in head and n eck reconstruction is described. The advantages and applications of th is flap are discussed and illustrated with case reports. Donor site mo rbidity is discussed, and the details of flap harvesting are reviewed. We have found the flap to be useful in the reconstruction of a variet y of defects that require thin, vascular, and durable coverage.
