Abstract
We report the case of a 41-year-old man with chronic meningitis and cr anial neuropathies in whom leptomeningeal biopsy demonstrated Wegener' s granulomatosis. The literature on meningitis in this disease is revi ewed. This case illustrates that Wegener's granulomatosis can cause ch ronic meningitis.
