Results were reported which were obtained when measuring the oxygen st
oichiometry (by coulometric titration) and conductivity (by a dc four-
probe technique) of La0.7Sr0.3CoO3-delta. The features of the temperat
ure dependence of resistance at different oxygen contents were reporte
d. A step in the coulometric titration curves was described which prob
ably is due to a chemical transformation of the nonstoichiometric comp
ound. Data concerning the influence of independent constituent phases
of the oxide compound (the oxides of Co, La, and Sr) were discussed.
