Abstract
Methods of the site-specific introduction of deuterium labels in the p hospholipid molecule were developed. A number of new ester and ether p hosphatidylcholines 2-hexadecylglycero-3-phospho(gamma-H-2(3))choline, 2-palmitoylglycero-3-phospho(gamma-H-2(3))choline, 1-(2-H-2(2))palmit oyl-2-hexadecylglycero-3-phospho (gamma-H-2(3))choline, -2-palmitoylgl ycero-3-phospho(gamma-H-2(3))choline with deuterium labels in hydropho bic and hydrophilic sites of the molecules were synthesized.
