Abstract
The authors report the adverse reactions to myelography in two groups of patients. The only difference was the spinal needle size: 20 G (0,9 mm) in the first group versus 26 G (0,45 mm) in the second one. In th e second group the adverse reactions appear 3 to 10 less frequent and 3 to 5 less lasting.
