Abstract
The robust stability criteria for linear uncertain time-delay systems via a feedback controller, a dynamic controller and, an observer contr oller, respectively, are introduced. The results obtained can be used to estimate the size of the delay time. The algorithms for finding con troller matrices are provided as well. The results are demonstrated by illustrative examples.
