Abstract
A method to remove stainable cytoplasmic substances from cytogenetic p reparation using RNase A treatment is reported. The preparations proce ssed with this method are especially useful for the automated analysis of micronuclei of cultured cells with cytochalasin B and of chromosom e aberrations induced by radiation.
