Abstract
We demonstrate that annealing conductive, solvent-case poly(3-hexylthi ophene) (P3HT) films under reduced vacuum improved their structural pr operties and induced higher conductivity. These preliminary results su ggest that thermal processing of conductive polymers may be a useful s tep in their future device fabrication. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
