A case of Frey's syndrome of the external auditory canal is reported.
The patient presented with unilateral gustatory otorrhea and thickened
external auditory canal skin. Histopathologic examination of the cana
l skin showed sudomotor gland hyperplasia. Symptoms were relieved with
canal skin excision and skin graft.
