Abstract
We present a method for managing a partially opened, dislodged periphe ral vascular stent using a biopsy forceps to stabilize the stent while percutaneously remounting an angioplasty balloon through the stent. T he stent is then deployed in the distal aorta and we review the potent ial complications of a distal aortic stent implant.
