Abstract
Hemodynamic alterations during eye surgery usually consist of sinus br adycardia and hypotension provoked by the oculocardiac reflex. We repo rt a case in which severe sinus bradycardia occurring immediately afte r the end of surgery was complicated by second-degree atrioventricular block, hypotension, and symptomatic myocardial ischemia.
