Abstract
An attempt has been made toward the chemical synthesis of poly(aniline -co-o-anisidine). It has been found that this conducting polymer is so luble in common organic solvents such as acetone, dimethylformamide (D MF), tetrahydrofuran (THF), and N-methylpyrrolidinone (NMP) at room te mperature. The characterization of poly(aniline-co-o-anisidine) has be en carried out using FTIR, UV-visible, DSC, and electrical conductivit y measurements.
