Abstract
Two cases of acute left ventricular failure associated with severe ess ential hypertension are presented. On admission echocardiography indic ated severe dyskinaesia of all wall segments of the heart. Anti-hypert ensive treatment resulted in significant improvement in clinical and e chocardiographic findings.
