Abstract
The effect of up to 10 years of lead (Pb) exposure (1500 mug/kg BW/day ) on endometrial cycle changes in adult cynomolgus monkeys (n = 30) we re examined by real-time ultrasound. Pb exposure had no effect on peak serum estradiol (E2) or progesterone (P4) concentrations, menstrual c ycle length, and endometrial response to gonadal steroids as determine d by ultrasound.
