Abstract
In Britton-Robinson buffer, metronidazole is preconcentrated on a HMDE at 0.0 V (vs. Ag-AgCl). An adsorptive stripping peak is observed at - 0.62 V. The response is linear from 1 x 10(-8) to 1 X 10(-6)M with 1.5 min accumulation. The method has been successfully applied to the det ermination of metronidazole in human serum and formulations.
