The effect of H2S on the activity and selectivity of catalysts (Ru/Al(
2)O(3)s, Pd/Al2O3 and Ru and Pd promoted molydena-alumina) was differe
nt (on differnt catalysts and different conversions of cyclohexene). R
u-containing catalysts showed higher sulfur sensitivities than the Pd-
containins ones. The sequence of catalysts by their H2S uptake related
to mass of catalyst was PdMo/Al2O3 similar to RuMo/Al2O3 much greater
than Mo/Al2O3 > Pd/Al2O3 much greater than Ru/Al2O3.
