Abstract
The high level, soluble overexpression and purification of Escherichia coli glutamate dehydrogenase and DELTA1-pyrroline-5-carboxylate reduc tase along with the kinetics of their interaction with DELTA1-pyrrolin e-2-carboxylic acid 2 are described.
