Abstract
The synthesis and antiplatelet activity of a series of bis-heterocycli c thromboxane A2 receptor antagonists is described. The L-proline anal og 9 was the most potent ligand in this class with a K(D) = 7.9+/-0.71 nM in washed human platelets.
