Abstract
Use of a novel Fe(II) complex for CO facilitated transport across an i mmobilized liquid membrane has been demonstrated via a batch mode of p ermeation experiments. The results obtained are compared with those re ported for Fe(TIM) and its analogues as the carriers. The effects of c arrier concentration and initial pressure difference are examined. Fac ilitation factors up to 2.39 were realized.
