Abstract
The Lipid-Core-Peptide (LCP) system which incorporates lipidic amino a cids to the polylysine system to enhance lipophilicity and membrane bi nding effects of a potential peptide-vaccine is an excellent means for enhancing antigenicity. Different spacer-(lipidic amino acid)n-(L-Lys )m systems were synthesised on solid phase, with a fully automated pro cedure, using BOC strategy.
