Abstract
Photoeffects in Phthalocyanine and Perylene thin films and Phthalocyan ine/Perylene hetero-p/n- and Perylene/Au Schottky-cells were investiga ted in wavelength, temperature and intensity dependent measurements. I t is concluded that the charge carrier generation occurs only in a sma ll region near or at a p/n- or S chottky type contact whereas the phot oconductivity is a true bulk effect. Both type of photoeffects experie nce their own recombination processes leading to different intensity d ependences.
