NEW INCISION FOR PENILE SURGERY

We present a recent modification of the surgical incision used for pat ients with Peyronie's disease of the dorsal penile shaft and/or who re quire a concomitant complete dorsal vein ligation procedure. This appr oach spares the penile skin from trauma and torsion, and allows for im proved access to the more proximal penile shaft. Our experience to dat e has demonstrated no evidence of increased morbidity with excellent c osmetic results.
