Abstract
Laparoscopic approaches to urological problems continue to increase. W e describe laparoscopic marsupialization and fulguration of a symptoma tic giant renal cyst. Transient obstruction at the marsupialized windo w illustrated the importance of using omental or epiploic fat to maint ain patency. Complete resolution of the cyst and hydronephrosis ensued .
