Abstract
The authors followed up 215 patients with acute cholecystitis who were hospitalized with an erroneous diagnosis of food poisoning and 346 fo od poisoning patients who developed acute cholecystitis in the course of the disease mentioned. Symptoms for differential diagnosis of acute cholecystitis and food poisoning were considered.
