Abstract
This article explains the strategy and details the development of the computer network now in place at the State University of New York Coll ege of Technology at Alfred. Its focus is on the depth and breadth of the system including the 290 menu options and dorm rooms containing ne tworked microcomputers. A section is devoted to academic and administr ative applications within the School of Business Technologies.
