Abstract
LiTaO3 type II pyroelectric detectors have been prepared and measured. The responsivity Rv(500 K, 10 Hz) = 110 V/W; detectivity D (500 K, 1 0 Hz) = 6.15 x 10(6) cmHz1/2/W. The mechanism of the detectors is disc ussed.
