DETERMINABILITY OF ERRORS IN THE EXTERNAL ORIENTATION-RELATED ELEMENTS OF A SURVEY CAMERA BASED ON THE PROCESSING OF SPACE IMAGES OF THE GROUND SURFACE
Vf. Petrishchev, DETERMINABILITY OF ERRORS IN THE EXTERNAL ORIENTATION-RELATED ELEMENTS OF A SURVEY CAMERA BASED ON THE PROCESSING OF SPACE IMAGES OF THE GROUND SURFACE, Soviet journal of remote sensing, 10(5), 1993, pp. 812-823
A simplified model of the movement of a two-dimensional survey camera
is used to prove that a 12-dimensional vector of errors in its externa
l orientation-related elements is determinable; this involves determin
ing the discrepancies between the coordinates in a pseudo image frame
of points on the ground surface and their corresponding calculated val
ues.
