Abstract
The paper describes the results of studies of the frontal zones of the Benguela upwelling off the coast of Namibia (17-28-degrees-S) based o n joint analysis of ship and satellite data. It is shown that the upwe lling system has a double front structure. A comparative analysis of t he fronts of the upwelling zone is given.
