Abstract
One version of the construction of a satellite system is considered, a nd a method is proposed to ensure its stability over a prolonged, esse ntially unlimited existence. The method is based on studies of the law s governing the evolution of spacecraft orbits and an analysis of the causes of deformation of the orbital structure. The features of the fu nctioning conditions of optoelectronic equipment are taken into accoun t separately in the process of solving the problem.
