Abstract
Possible sites for lithium intercalation in prelithiated alpha-MnO2 co mpounds are studied by electrochemiCal techniques. Two types of behavi our, corresponding to different lithium localizations in the prelithia ted material are evidenced and they give different electrochemical cap acities.
