Abstract
A 62-year-old man with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection developed pro liferative glomerulonephritis with IgM and C3 deposits. Electron micro scopy showed HCV-like particles in the paramesangial dense deposits, w hich are similar in shape to HCV previously described. These findings suggest HCV-related proliferative glomerulonephritis.
