Abstract
Pulmonary disease is an uncommon extraintestinal manifestation of infl ammatory bowel disease. We report the case of a patient in whom colect omy for ulcerative colitis was followed by development of bronchiectas is. A discussion of the relation between ulcerative colitis and bronch ial disease is presented.
