Abstract
We have studied the effect of gamma radiation on differentiation in ne uroblastoma cell lines AF8 and SJ-N-KP. Growth inhibition and morpholo gical and biochemical differentiation have been examined following rad iation exposure to 1-10 Gy. Gamma radiation induced marked growth inhi bition and morphological differentiation in a dose-and time-dependent manner in both cell lines, and induced biochemical differentiation in AF8 cells.
