We study the interaction of dipolar excitons in a disordered lattice w
ith a classically fluctuating bath to elucidate the effects of dephasi
ng on phenomena connected with Anderson localization. We find general
agreement with recent approximate analytical theory - the existence of
incipient localization for dipolar excitons for a sufficiently disord
ered lattice and for states beyond a quasi-mobility edge. An interesti
ng interplay with the band structure of dipolar excitons leads to some
unusual results in the weakly disordered case.
