Abstract
1. Okadaic acid inhibited basal ODC activity in rat hepatocytes in cul ture and prevented any increase in ODC activity and in the rate of spe rmidine uptake promoted by both insulin and hypotonicity. 2. The incre ase promoted by AIB was not counteracted by okadaic acid.
