Abstract
Many systemic diseases or orbital disorders can induce or increase lid pockets : thyroid related diseases floppy eyelid, systemic edema prob lems, true blepharochalasis, inflammatory pseudo-tumors, orbital tumor s, vascular orbital disorders. These diseases are the subject of an ic onographic presentation and must be considered before discussing a pos sible surgical treatment.
