Abstract
We investigated the copolymerization of pyrrole and N-methylpyrrole wi th N-vinylcarbazole (NVC) and N-ethylcarbazole. The grafting of pyrrol e onto poly(N-vinylcarbazole) was examined. The resulting conducting p olymers were characterized via cyclic voltammetry and conductivity mea surements. Alternating copolymers were synthesized via a novel dipyrro lylcarbazole derivative.
