Abstract
A broad variety of phenyl end-capped oligoanilines has been synthesize d and their electrochemical and spectroscopic properties have been inv estigated. The electrochemistry of the original N-hydrogen compounds d iffers markedly from those in which the hydrogen is substituted by alk yl or phenyl groups. The latter molecules show a variety of different redox states.
