Abstract
The spectra of magneto-optical transitions of D- centers in GaAs/GaAlA s quantum wells (QWs) in high magnetic fields are considered. Excellen t agreement with the experimental data of Huant et al. for the singlet D- transitions is found. Our predictions for the triplet D- transitio ns can be tested directly experimentally. The changes in the spectra w hich arise with increasing concentration of free electrons in QWs are discussed.
