Abstract
A stable diamagnetic complex of the type [(Ru(III)edta) 2-mu-(amino-ac idato)-2-mu-oxo]6-is reported. The amino acid bridge in the presence o f oxygen undergoes oxidative deamination. as shown by the formation of an alpha-keto acid and the liberation of NH3. The reaction is catalyt ic.
