Abstract
We cultivated 6 strains of intestinal spirochaetes in a laboratory fer menter under constant conditions (medium, physical-chemical parameters ) in a permanent gas flow. It has been possible to demonstrate that th e application of the fermenter technique for the cultivation of spiroc haetes is a suitable method which can be easily standardized.
