Abstract
An angle of 162-degrees is found for the W=C-H unit of the title compo und 1. which thus deviates significantly from the linear arrangement p redicted by simple bonding models for complexes of this type. NMR data for 1 suggest that this bending may be intrinsic to the molecule rath er than the result of crystal packing.
