P. Grandcolas, MONOPHYLY AND PHYLOGENETIC STRUCTURE OF THE [BLABERINAE PLUS ZETOBORINAE PLUS GYNINAE PLUS DIPLOPTERIDAE] (DICTYOPTERA, BLABERIDAE), Annales de la Societe entomologique de France, 29(2), 1993, pp. 195-222
A monophyletic group is defined with four subfamilies of the Blaberida
e family : [Blaberinae + Zetoborinae + Gyninae + Diplopterinae]. Ingro
up phylogenetic relationships (35 genera) are studied using 74 morpho-
anatomical characters which have been polarized partly in reference to
9 outgroups. Seven new taxa in this group are described for their inf
ormative value. There are especially two new genera : Paraprincisaria,
n.gen., Alloblatta, n.gen. (subfamily Gyninae). A new classification
of tribes is given for the subfamily Zetoborinae : Thanatophyllini, n.
trib., Phortioecini, Roth, emend., Zetoborini s. str, n. sensu, and fo
r the subfamily Blaberinae : Hyporhicnodini, n.trib., Blapticini, n.tr
ib., Brachycolini Roth, emend., Blaberini, s. str.
