Abstract
Excellent quality thin TiO2 films have been obtained by the thermal de composition of n-octadecyl amine-titanyl oxalate complex multilayer La ngmuir-Blodgett films. The films were characterized by x-ray diffracti on and x-ray photoemission studies. X-ray diffraction studies suggest a preferred orientation of the TiO2 films.
