Abstract
X-Ray crystal-structure analysis of 2,4,8,10-tetrakis(1, )-6,6-dimethy l-12H-dibenzo[dg][1,3,2]-dioxasilocin showed that its eight-membered o rganosilicon heterocycle adopts a boat-boat (BB) conformation in the s olid state (Figs. 2 and 3).
