Abstract
When unipolar sunspots are observed in the linearly polarized radiatio n represented by the Stokes parameters Q and U of magneto-sensitive sp ectral lines, their images display a complicated and interesting confi guration. This is caused by the magneto-optical effect and also is con nected with the 3-D structure of spot magnetic fields. In the process of numerical simulation it is possible to infer the regularity of vari ation of the angle of inclination of magnetic lines of force with dist ance from the spot center.
