Abstract
Chronoamperometry is used to characterize a previously described amper ometric glucose sensor based on conducting microtubules of poly(pyrrol e). With the chronoamperometric technique glucose concentrations in th e range of 1-15 mM can be measured accurately. The procedure may lead to a prolonged sensor lifetime.
